• Emergency Kits

These kits are composed of products which are meant to either prepare or treat a specific cause.  When purchasing such a product, make sure that you know the contents within the kit as you or your family may have allergies to some of the chemicals which may be located within.  This is a precaution that is generally withheld from the public due to kits being designed for the larger population.  Each of these kits can help you or your family in a critical situation that will require you to have few days of leniency to remove yourselves from a potential situation.

• Weapons

To many individuals this is a touchy subject, but you must realize, it is only touchy because people do not take the proper precautions to ensure that they are kept out of harms way.  Many individuals hear news stories of people injuring or killing others because a weapon was in a common place.  It is understandable that someone who is concerned about their family’s safety would want to keep such an instrument close to them, but generally this is done in a careless way.  Depending on your country and state, you may be permitted to have use a weapon, but make sure you know the laws within your respected state as this decision may cost you more than you initially intended.

• Surveillance Systems

These products are separated in terms of operational and preventative.  This means that not all cameras are actually hooked up to a central unit, in fact, some of them which people buy are just stuck to certain spots of their residence/business in hopes of creating the perception that individuals are being watched, thus keeping their behavior in check, rather than having them acting out.  For the systems which are operational, again they can be wired or wireless given the situation an individual feels as necessary to capturing individuals.  It is recommended that each of these systems is checked once a week to ensure that the device has not been damaged or that the location has not been obstructed.
